WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

For shop items, debit/credit cards are accepted. For custom orders, PayPal since we do not have any custom order slots listed currently on our webpage.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. Please be sure to read the product descriptions, dimensions  and sizing before purchasing.  We do our best to try and make our customers happy with their purchases. Contact us if you have any issues & we will try to see if we can find a resolution.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes. We offer digital gift cards, & we will have a list of those who have purchased. When purchasing, be sure to include the receiver of the gift card so we insure we have the correct name in our records. Keep in mind though, our custom orders are closed & the wait time could be 3 or more months. So it is best to use the gift cards on items on the shop. Contact us about the gift cards if you would like to purchase one.

BEFORE ORDERING:

Be sure that you have the proper measurements before purchasing any items to ensure they fit properly. (Ring size, wrist size for bracelets/cuffs etc.) as we do not offer returns.
Read the care instructions at the bottom of the listing as well. We want to make sure your items last as long as they possibly can and have great quality while doing so.

TRACKING

Once your order ships you should receive an email with tracking information attached. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update its location.

LOST PACKAGE/INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order as we cannot alter it once your order is placed. If your package is sent back due to an address error or post office error we are not responsible for getting your package back to you. We will notify you that is has come back and you're welcome to pay again to have it shipped.
